Food Blog

This blog is dedicated to all the years I restricted myself from having delicious food. I've spent most of my adolescence and adulthood dieting. When I broke out of categorizing food as "good" and "bad", I was able to really enjoy it and have fun in the kitchen again. Ever heard of the 80/20 rule? Well, this blog is for the 20. And because I'm somewhere in between being vegan and never saying no to chicken tenders, every recipe is made 2 ways (vegan/non). Enjoy!
