EASY CILANTRO RICE
Ok, so if you're life depended on it and you HAD to pick between rice and bread, which one would you pick? Although this literally feels impossible, I think bread would have to go. Especially after making this rice, I was like, OH MY. I included a step-by-step video on TikTok. ENJOY!
EASY CILANTRO RICE
time: 10 minutes servings: 3
INGREDIENTS:
- rice
- 3tbs butter/vegan butter
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- cilantro, chopped
- salt&pepper
STEPS:
- Make salt as directed on the package or in your rice cooker and set aside in a bowl.
- In a small pan/pot, sauteè butter and garlic until lightly brown.
- Once that's done, add the garlic and butter to your rice along with cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Mix it up, and you're good to go! Eat it with your favorite protein and ENJOY!
VEGAN VERSION: Use vegan butter
